Haley Van Steenbergh is a 2026 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. She moved to Minnesota in 2023 to attend law school after graduating from the University of Georgia. Haley joined Erickson’s Minneapolis office in 2024 as a law clerk.
Haley works in all areas of civil litigation, focusing on insurance coverage, business litigation, personal injury, and construction law.
While attending law school, Haley worked as a law clerk at the Hennepin County District Court and volunteered with HOME Line, a tenant advocacy organization. She received a Minnesota Justice Foundation award for outstanding service and was named on the AALS Pro Bono Honor Roll.
In her free time, Haley enjoys baking, running, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
